Don’t worry, this isn’t one of those blog posts or articles. This is a little side project I’ve been working on alongside my trading and dividend investing. I wanted to share this with anyone who, like me, has an interest in cryptocurrencies but wasn’t sure if they wanted to commit their hard-earned cash to it yet. I will say right up front, this will probably not make you rich. However, you truly can earn free cryptocurrency without investing a single penny of your own money. I have over $35 in my Coinbase account and I haven’t linked it to my bank or funded it in any way. Here’s how!
Collect Drips From The Cointiply Faucet
I discovered cryptocurrency faucets when I was researching paid survey sites and apps. The one I’ve been using is called Cointiply. Turns out it actually offers as good or better of a payout as most paid survey sites. On Cointiply, you can earn free cryptocurrency in a variety of ways. The easiest way is to Roll The Faucet. You can roll it once every hour and you get paid based on the number you roll between 1 and 99,999.
The coins you earn on Cointiply are called Satoshi (named after the author of the original whitepaper that birthed Bitcoin and blockchains.) 1 Satoshi equals $0.0001 USD. Rolling the faucet you can earn anywhere between 22 and 280 Satoshi. Most often it will be 22. See the picture below for the payout schedule:
On top of the roll, you can also earn a loyalty bonus that increases your payout by 1% for every day in a row that you roll the faucet. As you can see, this isn’t going to make you rich quick, but it is truly free cryptocurrency for simply pushing a button.
Surveys, Games, & Gambling
The other ways to earn your free cryptocurrency on Cointiply are to complete surveys, watch ads before playing games, or gambling with the Multiplier.
Filling out surveys is by far the most consistent way to earn larger amounts of crypto. On average, a survey will last 5 – 15 minutes, and you can generally earn 500 to 5000 Satoshi per survey. The surveys that actually pay the higher amounts are hard to qualify for, but even doing a couple of quicker surveys can net you a couple thousand Satoshi in a relatively short amount of time. Keep in mind, when you do this you’re earning $1 an hour or so. Still, it is free cryptocurrency.
I played the games at first, but you only get paid when you watch a video ad. If you find a game on their platform that you enjoy though, this could be a pretty painless way to earn those coins.
The Multiplier has the potential to increase your coins very quickly. If you make it all the way to the end, you can multiply your bet by 61x. However, the Multiplier can just as easily make your coins disappear. The game is set up to be completely neutral, which is great on the one hand, but that also means there is no edge. It’s basically flipping a coin. If you’ve read my post about selling options, you’ll know I like to have higher odds on my side than that.
Payout – Getting That Free Cryptocurrency Into Your Wallet
Once you’ve reached the payout threshold, you can transfer your coins out of Cointiply to either a Dogecoin Wallet or a Bitcoin Wallet. The threshold for a Dogecoin payout is 30,000 (or $3.00 USD). The Bitcoin threshold is 50,000 (or $5.00). Unless you are a big fan of Dogecoin, I would recommend waiting to withdraw your Satoshi as Bitcoin. It is much more stable, useful, and easily transferrable to other cryptocurrencies. This is especially useful if you have a Crypto wallet with some of the bigger more stable exchanges, like Coinbase, and want to use the coin you earn on Cointiply to start trading cryptocurrencies. (Dogecoin is not tradeable on Coinbase.)
Speaking of Coinbase . . .
Learn & Earn Free Cryptocurrency With Coinbase
Coinbase is a popular cryptocurrency exchange and wallet service. If you want to get into crypto, or just sort of poke around and see what’s going on, Coinbase is a safe and easy bet.
One of the great things Coinbase offers to help people get into the alt-coin space is rewarding users with free cryptocurrency for learning about specific coins. For example, I’ve earned $10 worth of EOS, $10 worth of XLM (Stellar Lumens), and $9 worth of COMP (Compound) just from watching several short videos and answering a one question quiz after each video. Again, this is completely free cryptocurrency.
These offers on Coinbase to learn and earn aren’t always available. I was on a wait list for some time before I could access them. However, there is good news!
Yep, here it is. The call to action. I’ll be honest, my main motivation for writing this post is so you also sign up for these various methods of earning free cryptocurrency which will also help me earn more. I want to see just how far I can ride this train. I want to try and get to $100 of free cryptocurrencies in my Coinbase account. Feel like helping me out and earning free money for yourself along the way?
The first four people who sign up using this link can each earn $10 worth of EOS:

Once those are used up, you can still earn $10 worth Bitcoin, but it will require you to buy or sell $100 worth of cryptocurrency on Coinbase first. Use this link for that offer:
With all of these offers, when you earn, I also earn.
Finally, back to Cointiply. While the earnings on Cointiply are smaller than those on Coinbase, they are continuous and always accessible. If you sign up using my referral link below, I will earn a percentage based off of your earnings. Sign up and roll the faucet a few times. You just might like the way it feels to earn free cryptocurrency.
Thanks for reading! If you decide to join me in earning free crypto for yourself and help me reach my goal of $100 worth of free cryptocurrency, here’s an extra big Thank You! I will write an update when I reach my goal.
