Trade Journal

Thanks for visiting my trade journal. On this page you’ll find monthly updates on my dividend investing strategy, my buys and sells, and my wins and losses. By no means am I a professional investor or trader. Just a regular guy, with a regular job, and a net worth equivalent to a 2012 Hyundai Sonata.

I am in the process of refining a trading strategy I call Dividend Builder. A strategy geared toward high yield dividend stock and fueled by timely position trades to build capital. My hope is that you can learn from my experience and take a detour around some of the gravel pits I fell into. Thank you for reading.

Swing Trading with $300 – Week Four – Stop Losses

Swing Trading with $300 – Week Three

Swing Trading with $300 – Week Two
Swing Trading with $300 – Week Two

Dividend Builder – April 2020

The initial shock of the market crash is over. Life is settling into a routine of political and economic volatility. I am trying to stay aware of these moods, but mostly staying apart from them. A lux…

Swing Trading with $300
Swing Trading with $300

I have not given up on my Dividend Builder strategy. The quarterly churn of dividends mixed with a dash of position trades is still my low risk approach to investing. But what do I do with that itch t…

Dividend Builder – March 2020

Recap of March Ufta! Is it an escape to think about dividends and investing during this time? Sure it is. I feel peculiar writing about my flea-sized investments when the world around is consumed b…
