My theme for the July update is to remember the wonder of simple dividend payouts. July 2020 did not live up to July 2019 in the dividend payout department. But, I got paid for doing nothing more than diverting money into companies. I’m still a wide-eyed school boy who gets excited about the idea of passive income and compounding growth over time.Continue reading “Dividend Builder – July 2020”
My wife gave birth to our son on July 4th! Since then I’ve been overwhelmed by happiness, diapers, and sleep deprivation. My weekly updates will probably be a little more sporadic in the coming months. They will definitely be shorter.

(Incidentally, the end of Week 23 into Week 24 marked my 3rd Anniversary of trading.) Most pressing on my thoughts though is the fact that my wife is going to give birth literally any day now.
Now, to paraphrase Kai Ryssdal, lets do the numbers.Continue reading “2020: Weeks 21, 22, 23, & 24”
